Janice Barry

Janice Barry has been involved in 4-H since she was nine years old.  As a 4-H member, Janice was in the Dairy project.  Once her children were old enough for 4-H, Janice stepped right in and has been an active leader.  She was the Community Club Leader for Lemoore 4-H and a project leader for Vegetable Gardening, Swine, Poultry, Oriental Horticulture, Mini Gardens, Leadership, and Veterinary Science.  Her husband, Stan, was also a project leader for several projects for Lemoore 4-H.

According to Janice, the reason why she was so involved in 4-H is because of the experiences it offers kids.  As a former member, a mother and a teacher, Janice has seen first hand what 4-H does for its members and the community.
